Bags Lamination Workshop

After the printing stage, the packaging materials move to our advanced lamination workshop. Here, we carefully bond the printed outer film with a heat-sealable inner layer using specialized adhesives in our high-speed lamination machines. This crucial process serves three key purposes: protecting the printed designs from abrasion, preventing potential ink migration that could compromise food safety, and significantly improving the barrier properties compared to single-layer materials.

After compounding, it needs to be aged for more than 24 hours in a curing room above 45 degrees to make the packaging film not easy to delaminate.
